What is the return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days. Customers are responsible for the delivery charges for returns or exchanges.
If the mistake is from our side, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product, we will cover the delivery charges.
Which cities do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to major cities across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, and Sialkot. If you’re in another city, feel free to ask, we’ll confirm availability.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Karachi takes up to three working days. Delivery to other cities in Pakistan takes up to seven days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept cash on delivery and bank transfers. Our online payment option will be available soon.
